A male chastity device that cannot be unfastened and removed by the wearer without the permission of the keyholder is a sort of the holy grail of MCDs.
Some people get a frenum piercing.
Thinking about body modification gave me a notion. Plenty of people have had rings put in their nipples, others an amazing panoply of artifacts. Surely rings could be put into the skin near the base of the penis. Heavy wire, very thin chain could be looped through the holes an attached to the MCD. Welded, superglued, I don’t know. There is a small aftermarket for the bestselling CB family: perhaps someone could sell a connector.
(Aside to those who feel consensual chastity should be governed by the chaste man’s honor: you are ignoring the thrill of bondage, often part of the reward of the experience.)
Surely gifted DIY engineers can workup something workable.

The main problem is that metal in the body doesn’t “give” when you twist and stretch into odd positions; One could use a PA or frenum ring anchored to some other point, but it wouldn’t work well for permanent or even long-term use because you’d need to clean it. Rings near the surface are too prone to tearing or migrating, and rings deep under the skin require more care.
My own frenum barbell is not working out as well as I’d hoped - creams, oils or lotions build up and infect the opening area unless cleaned frequently - which defeats the idea of just locking on a device for weeks at a time.
You could surely arrange something that would prevent intercourse, but preventing masturbation presents much more complicated issues.

I was hoping you’d comment on this one. Piercings are just abstractions to me so I can’t really visualize these sorts of things.

I’m a machinist and a woodworker, so you’d think that I’d have been better able to visualize it better, myself. Partly, though, it’s because each penis is different in terms of stretchiness and squishiness. Some men have done well with the frenum piercing; my 5/8” was too long and never sat well in the device, but it took me a few months of trials to really understand that problem.
The new 1/2” barbell traps lotion against the skin, which I can’t clean while I’m wearing the device.
Not sure what’s next; I’m going to need to let it percolate in the back part of the brain for a bit.

Tom, I have the same problem with my frenum; when I’m locked up for a week or so, it starts to get kind of pink/reddish and irritated. The PA isn’t really a problem though, since it sort of cleans itself every time I pee. But the frenum does need some occasional time-outs in order to be cleaned.
