Actually, there is one BIG problem that can result from over-masturbation: Premature Ejaculation. At younger ages, it takes quite long to orgasm via masturbation. As a result, the young man keeps his mind (i.e. nervous system) very focused on the task “at hand”, sometimes forcefully, to reach the point of orgasm faster. The problem is that the whole nervous system “learns” from that, even those parts we don’t control (i.e. the ANS) and over time it tries to speed up the ejaculation process. It isn’t necessarily observed during masturbation, but the orgasms do start to come faster. However, the problem becomes apparent when there’s actual sex and the arousal is very high.
This is why sometimes, when a man has ingests a small quantity of alcohol so that his nervous system is just a bit off (not actually getting drunk, otherwise it has the opposite effect), it takes longer to ejaculate and the premature ejaculation problem seems to have gone away. Momentarily.
